All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Because items are custom-produced:

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur

  • Colors may differ due to screen calibration

  • Production begins shortly after order placement

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR or automatically converted from EUR to user's local currency by Shopify.

If applicable:

  • Prices may include VAT where required by law.

  • If VAT is not charged, this will be indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Production time

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Product images

is the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish such content

  • You confirm that the content does not violate third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Latvia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, your purchase may be subject to the provisions of:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

Under UK law, consumers normally have the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days.

However, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are:

“made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

As our products are made to order and produced individually upon purchase, the right to cancel does not apply once production has begun.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
