Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Production begins shortly after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), production times may be longer.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order weight

  • Carrier rates

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment confirmation.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country.

We do not control or pre-calculate customs fees.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery

  • Reshipment may require additional shipping fees

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the additional shipping cost is paid.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order appears lost:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will investigate with the carrier

If confirmed lost in transit, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for stolen packages.


7. Multiple Shipments

As our products are produced in different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline shipments to certain regions if:

  • Delivery infrastructure is unreliable

  • Legal restrictions apply

  • Sanctions or export regulations prohibit shipment
