What do those eyes hold?

This image is from a Rosicrucian manuscript, is presented in the museum's collection. It was originally written in German and then translated into Russian. Everything in this manuscript was redrawn by hand. We wonder, if those eyes are a little different from the original, do they hold a different soul in them?
